Improving the Time Performance of Prefabricated Construction Projects: A Review

Prefabricated construction, as innovative construction technology, has been gradually applied in the industry recent decades. However, little research focused on factors which affect project schedule of prefabricated construction. Therefore, this review aims to systematically identify and classify determinants that influence constructions. Based literature review, 13 performance projects are identified classified into 7 categories: design, techniques, collaboration, coordination, communication between participants, supply chain, owner, human resource, external conditions. The findings study provide valuable clues for both researchers practitioners efficiently implement projects. Future directions also provided.
